Mini bar items are, by their definition, never included. If there is a ';complementary'; item, like ';complementary tea and coffee,'; those things are included in the cost of the room. Beware a bottle of water sitting on top of the dresser-- that may cost as much as $8.
Other items, and I'm going by memory here, from the Westin:
Small bottle of wine: $20
Nuts or dried fruit $5
Can of soda $2
Crackers or chips $2
Individual box of cereal: $5
In general, don't touch the minibar unless you're desperate. When staying in a hotel suite in Chicago is the mini bar included?
Stay away from the mini bar. If you have to ask if it is included, you can't afford it.
