Can you host a party in a Vegas hotel suite?

I've never invited a bunch of non-hotel guests to a hotel room and don't know if it's kosher or not. This wouldn't be a drunken bash - more like a Continental breakfast with pastries and champagne and coffee for a couple of hours.

Mainly I don't want to be charged money for having a gathering in my room. If I have to pay extra for something like this then I will likely consider doing something else. Can you host a party in a Vegas hotel suite?
Yes, especially at that time of day.

Where some hotel guests run into problems with guests is at night or early morning at the hotels owned by the former Harrah's. They are very concerned about escorts and have security guards checking IDs to make sure the banned don't sneak in.

Your situation is completely different. You will not be charged unless your guests delve into your minibar resulting in massive room charges. Can you host a party in a Vegas hotel suite?
Day/Night should not be a problem. Night time IF they do have a security guard checking card keys they might give you problems, but hey if they are honestly not going to sleep over...they can't give you any problems. However, if you are getting noise complaints that's another issue..but it doesn't sound like that's gonna be your type of party. So anyway I don't see you facing any problems at all. Have Fun!

At that time of day, you should be fine. I've been to a couple of crowded hotel room receptions and there has been no trouble.
I'm sure you can. They want you happy, right?
totally Kosh, just let the front desk know and you'll be all set.
