Hello,
I'm planning a bachelorette party for approximately 20 people. About 15 people will need a place to stay for one night, but we'd like to have at least 1 suite so that everyone can come over for a shower during the day. Any recommendations? I'm not sure 1) what's a good hotel or 2) what area I should be looking in.
We're also looking for fun places to go out at night, so would be great if you have advice there too!

as far as area's... look at the downtown/river north area. this is what it will come up as if you are looking on expedia, orbitz, etc. some good hotels... any of the hilton brands. i have stayed at all of them (am a hilton member) and they are lovely. there is a terrace suite at the conrad (this is where i am having my wedding reception) that has a 1200 sq foot terrace off of the suite. there is also a really nice indoor atrium at the embassy (the one closer to the lake) that has floor to ceiling windows and an indoor waterfall. some other nice one's are the sheraton, the hard rock, and the wyndham.
i forgot to add that they are all near some fun places to go. not sure what you are looking to do, but there are boat tours (with alcohol) at navy pier, the baton club which is a drag show, and then there are the rush/division bars.Chicago Hotel Suites?
I'd head for the River North neighborhood. Rush St. is the party Street. There's a Marriott on Mich. Ave. The Westin is nice. If you're going on line, you're safe getting a hotel near Michigan Ave. , north of the river.
