Oh my friends and I did this twice actually. Some of my friends brought over Guitar Hero and Rock Band. There are most likely TVs in the room and most have plug-in's. Just don't be too loud or the manager might get you in trouble. Ha! You could play different party games, watch movies. Just Google ideas on what to do, I'm sure there's tons of ideas.
