We are having our reception in a hotel suite, How do I invite my guests?

We decided to get a Suite at a hotel and do appetizers, cake, and champange. We figure guests can come buy between a certain time if they wish to enjoy the food and company, but not have to stay the whole time. How should we got about inviting guests? Invitations to the wedding have already been sent out, Our wedding is about 30 people. Should we send out other invitations? Tell them by word of mouth? Tell them at the wedding? OH VEY!We are having our reception in a hotel suite, How do I invite my guests?
I would announce it at the wedding, ';Please join us for a Reception following prior to ceremony at .....'; That would do just fine. Also, if you talk to anybody before hand, let them know as well, and they will pass it on also. I wouldn't waist money and energy on sending out another set of invitations, unless you just feel the need to.We are having our reception in a hotel suite, How do I invite my guests?
When your holding a reception of the kind that your thinking, have the guests know that they can come to your room at a certain time and be there for a short time maybe about an hour or so. That way you can celebrate the time you get to have with those that are sharing your special day and still only have to get time alone.

Good Luck
Since it's 30 people, you can contact them individually and let them know of your plans. Alternatively, you can announce it after your ceremony, and invite your guests up to your specific suite.
