How many people could you have in your Vegas hotel suite?

i wanna get a hotel suite in vegas and i was wondering how many people i can i have in my room? i know there are rules of 4 or 8 max but do they keep track of the guest going in to the room... helpHow many people could you have in your Vegas hotel suite?
Here is the official policy for all Las Vegas hotels.

1) Rates are based on single or double occupancy. An additional fee for the 3rd and 4th party occupants will be charged, per night.

2) Maximum occupancy per room is 4 persons, regardless of age.

With that said, you can book a suite and have 7 adults there but if you get caught, they will bill you for the additional people.

People do what you are trying to do all the time. Here are ways you can get away with it.

1) Only two of you should approach the front desk at check-in

2) Don't ask for additional room keys

3) Do not make noise in your room /no parties

4) Do not request extra towels

5) The security guards will let all of you in the elevator if one of you have a room key

6) Be ready to pay if you get caught

Hope this helpsHow many people could you have in your Vegas hotel suite?
Four people to a room max. It isn't too difficult to get away with one extra person, but more than that would be impossible. The hotel staff is trained on how to spot extra people in a room. And there are security cameras everywhere. Also, it is against the law to have more than four in a room so they aren't going to charge extra, they are going to make the extras get their own rooms. And if the hotel is booked, there is the potential for all of you to be escorted out of the hotel. And if you want to go to the pool, only four people would be able to go at once because you have to each show a room key to enter. It isn't worth it really.
They have security cameras in the elevators, stairwells and hallways. The cleaning staff is trained to look for signs of extra people staying. They clean your room or suite every day. If you get caught you will be charged for the extra people and tossed out of the hotel due to violations of the fire and safety code. It is also actionable as theft of service but they will probably just charge your credit card and toss you out.

It is illegal and stupid. You can probably rent two rooms with four people in each one and be legal cheaper than the price of a suite.

Never believe that Las Vegas Hotels do not keep track of everything. There are a lot of high rollers staying in suites. They are closely scrutinized to prevent robberies and theft. You cannot even access the suite floors in the elevator without a suite key for that very reason.

The suites generally comfortably sleep 4-8 depending on the hotel. You will only be issued as many keys as people you have listed on your reservation. IF you get caught, you will be charged for the extra occupancy and if your'e over the room occupancy, you will be tossed from the hotel. I've seen it happen.
